This is a clip from the 6th episode of Series 5 of Doctor Who titled Vampires of Venice.
If you look closely, when the Doctor flashes his psychic paper at the vamps, I'm quite certain it's a picture of the first Doctor played by William Hartnell.
It was a complete geek moment. Enjoy!
