Things get very steamy between Jamie and Claire in new Outlander clip (+ new mid-season trailer!)

Great Scot! This is a VERRA steamy scene between Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe). A scene we'll get to see when the show returns to Starz on April 4th.

Have a look after the cut.

New Outlander Look Ahead video features more Jamie/Claire sexy times and a first look at Ian Murray

STARZ has released a new look ahead video for Outlander (as part of its #Droughtlander campaign) featuring some exclusive interviews from the cast and creators of the hit drama series.

Executive Producer Ronald D. Moore and stars Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, Tobias Menzies, Graham McTavish and Laura Donnelly let us in on what fans can expect from the second half of the season.

The video also gives us more sexy times between Claire (Balfe) and Jamie (Heughan), and a first look at Jamie’s brother-in-law (and Jenny’s hubby) Ian Murray (Steven Cree). I have to admit, this is not how I pictured him from Diana Gabaldon’s books. At all. But I trust Cree was the right man for the part.

Have a look at the brand-new video, just below the cut.

Check out the first glorious minute from Outlander's highly anticipated opening episode of the second half of season one

Starz has released the first minute for the highly anticipated second half of the first season of its hit series Outlander which finally returns on April 4th after a painful, six-month long hiatus.

The opening scene - introduced by showrunner extraordinaire Ronald D. Moore - comes from Jamie's (Sam Heughan) point of view instead of Claire's (Caitriona Balfe), which was the only one we've heard so far. This also marks a stark departure from the first book written by Herself, Diana Gabaldon, on which season one is based, because it was told solely from Claire's POV. We first heard Jamie's "voice" in the third book of the series, Voyager.

It's a bit jarring and doesn't pick up exactly where I thought it would, but it's very interesting to hear what Jamie thinks. (Since the official Starz video is for US viewers only, I managed to fish out this one which everyone can see.) Have a look after the cut.
