The Incredible Hulk to Guest-Star on 'Chuck'!!

That is one piece of casting news that I'm really finding awesome!

Lou Ferrigno, best known the world over as the Incredible Hulk sans CGI thank you very much, will have a guest-stint on this season of Chuck.

Mike Ausiello reports that Ferrigno will play the bodyguard of an evil spy supermodel played by ex-Victoria’s Secret model Karolina Kurkova.

I just have one piece of advice for our Chuck cast: don't make him angry, you wouldn't like him when he's angry. He could . . . turn green or something.

Chuck will return to our TV screens September 20.

Comic-Con 2010 Exclusive Story: The 'Chuck' Press Room

Chuck stars Zachary Levi and Josha Gomez posing for photographs during the press room in the TV interview line

A few days ago, I spoke of the Being Human press room and the intimate feeling I got from it, and that it took place in a location a bit away from the craziness of the convention center.

My second press room - NBC's Chuck press junket - however took place in a room close to Ballroom 20 where all these shows (Chuck, Supernatural, The Big Bang Theory, Vampire Diaries, Fringe etc.) held their panels.

And this is where the experience got a bit different for me, and the press rooms became a true crazy press machine.

Comic-Con 2010: Press Rooms

Since I figured that all my news would be old news by the time I get to post something about Comic-Con, I decided to make some posts about my experiences in the press rooms, so that you get a bit of an insider's view as to what they are, how they work.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend four press rooms during this incredibly busy and crazy convention (far more crazier than I thought believe me. You think you know what you're getting yourself into when you've never gone to Comic-Con before but believe me, you do not).

Comic-Con 2010: 'Chuck's Scott Krinsky and Vic Sahay Talk Jeffster and that Blaze of Glory Video

While I had the wonderful opportunity to be in the Chuck press Room during Comic-Con, I had the immense pleasure and privilege to sit by (and I mean really, really close to) our favourite band ever - I'm talking about the absurdly fantastic Jeffster - and to ask Scott Krinsky (Jeff) and Vic Sahay (Lester) about that famous (or infamous, depending on how you see it) Blaze of Glory music video redone a la Jeffster, that was seen on the season finale of Chuck this past June.

Josh Schwartz Tweets an ''Awesome'' Pic From the set of Chuck and Teases New Guest Stars?

Josh Schwartz - one of the executive producers on Chuck - has just posted this cool pic on his twitter account and wrote:

We have your actor. Sugarland gets to guest-star on #Chuck or next season just got a little less "Awesome"

The tweet's a bit cryptic but it seems that the band Sugarland will appear on the show. Maybe Jeffster could cover the first part of a concert for them!! How ''Awesome'' would that be?

Guess Who's Guest Starring on 'Chuck' this Fall!

Following in the footsteps of such guest stars as Bruce Boxleitner, Morgan Fairchild, Scott Bakula and Christopher Lloyd - just to name a few - two new guest stars have been confirmed for the returning season 4 of Chuck this fall.

The first one is actor Dolph Lundgren, of Rocky IV fame and the upcoming Sylvester Stallone extravaganza The Expendables.

Exclusive Article by Sci-Fi Writer/Producer/Director Patti Beninati: The New 3D World Order

The Inside Trekker is proud to present an article by Sci-Fi Writer, Producer, Director Patti Beninati of Centerboro Productions LLC.

The New 3D World Order

3D movies are here to stay, thanks to the first 3D camera, which was invented by Sir William of Bristol.  3D films have existed since 1980, but until 2010 had been largely relegated to a niche in the motion picture industry because of the costs, and the lack of ingenuity regarding a standardized format for all sectors of the entertainment business.

Chuck and V Renewed!

Well, yesterday was an interesting day for bubble genre shows Chuck and V.

Over at NBC, fan favourite Chuck received the long hoped for renewall. However, once again the network went for a 13 episodes order. Yes I know, it's better than nothing.

Over at ABC V, a show everyone thought was a goner, was renewed. Like Chuck, V received only a 13 episodes order.

No More Heroes for NBC?

Yesterday I reported here that Heroes may get to be renewed with a 12-13 episodes season 5 order, perhaps even as a mid-season show.

Today, Vulture claims that they heard NBC was going to cancel the cult show:

More Hope for Heroes and Chuck?

Apparently, there's still some hope for fan favourites Heroes and Chuck - which, by the way, makes me happy (well, not as happy as I will be when those two shows will be officially renewed but I have hope!)

Save Heroes and Chuck!

E Online will have it's annual Save One Show Campaign starting on monday.

Kristen Dos Santos has just posted the ''how to proceed'' on her Watch With Kristin Blog at E Online. Go Here to read it all.

My heart is balancing between Heroes and Chuck and I want both my shows to make it back next year. I believe Chuck already stands the better chance as of now but Heroes needs our help.

Never have I been more torn!! I love them both so much equally. My monday night can only fully work with the both of them.

So I appeal to everyone to participate and help out.

Thank you!

Star Trek Enterprise's Scott Bakula to Return on Chuck

It seems that the former Enterprise Captain has signed on for multiple episodes for season 3 of Chuck.

This is great news because I really like Scott Bakula and loved him as Steve Bartowski, Chuck's dad and creator of the Intersect.

Apparently his comeback would happen towards the end of season 3. Josh Schwartz, Chuck executive producer, calls it the biggest thing we’ve ever done on the show.

Chuck is linked to Star Trek not only through Scott Bakula, but also through Robert Duncan McNeil who is supervising Producer on Chuck and who played Lieutenant Tom Paris on Star Trek Voyager. Former Voyager co-star Robert Picardo also appeared in one Chuck episode.

Scott Bakula currently co-stars in Men of a Certain Age alongside Ray Romano and Andre Braugher
