Watch another awesome Speak Outlander Lesson 4: Laoghaire and Geillis

Starz has released another on of its infinitely awesome "Speak Outlander" video lessons.

This time, we have actresses Nell Hudson (Laoghaire MacKenzie) and The Borgias' Lotte Verbeek (Geillis Duncan) teaching us how to pronounce their character’s (rather difficult - Laoghaire's a mouthful) names.

Hands in the air for those who’ve always read Laoghaire’s name as “Leghair” in Diana Gabaldon's fantastic series of books.

Ron Moore adds a witch (and a reverend) to its time-traveling series Outlander

Actress Lotte Verbeek—who played Giulia Farnese on Showtime’s The Borgias—has joined the cast of Ronald D. Moore’s Outlander.

The beautiful Dutch actress will play the role of the "witch" Geillis Duncan on the upcoming STARZ series (to be aired in the spring of 2014). Geillis is an 18th century woman who "dabbles" in the dark arts (aka bad magic) and who'll befriend our time-travelling heroine Claire (Caitriona Balfe) in the 1740s.

Also joining the cast is British actor James Fleet (Four Weddings and a Funeral) who’ll play the Rev. Wakefield. The reverend is a fervent historian and will interact with Claire and her husband Frank (Game of Thrones’ Tobias Menzies) in the 1940s.

Outlander is based on Diana Gabaldon’s successful series of books. The first season will be comprised of sixteen episodes.
