Starz has released its third "How to Speak Outlander" lesson. The new term? "Mo Nighean Donn," which means "My brown-haired lass."
This is the term of endearment Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) uses for Claire (Caitriona Balfe) in Diana Gabaldon's first two
Outlander novels:
Outlander and
Dragonfly in Amber.
Once again the lesson is given by Gaelic expert Adhamh O Broin, and spoken by Sam Heughan. This time, he also has a bit of, erm "help" from his co-stars Gary Lewis (Colum MacKenzie) and Graham McTavish (Dougal Mackenzie).
